The Few and the Proud

At work, we have this "battle" between teams called "MyQuality Cup" and whoever wins will have their team outing wherever they want,but within the budget of course.
 To make the long story short, we won (weeeee! ). So we decided to have it in Agus Hotel, located in Agus Lapu-lapu City. The place was nice and their pool was really big.

 There's more or less 30 of us including our the Facilitators, and the partners of some of our team mates. Facilatators were the PMax Team with Sir Ronan (Manager), We were with our Team Lead, Kai with her boyfriend Kenneth, our PA, Johnbelle and our coach's wife with his very cute bay. So we all were there by around 9 and we started eating by 10am. We then started the activity by around 11 and we started it with a game. after the game, we had a the "how well do you know me" activity. We have a paper in our back and it has 2 parts. 1st is "what you like about me" and the 2nd part was the "what you dont like about me".

 

After we had the activities, some of the Facilitators went home but the rest of us had swimming. It really was a TEAM BUILDING activity I must say. We really had so much FUN.

How to go to Agus Hotel? There are more ways to get there. If your from downtown area, you can ride a jeepney going to SM city Cebu, from SM, you can either ride a van going to lapu-lapu or ride a jeepney going to Hi-way Mandaue and from Hi-way Mandaue you have to ride a jeepney going to Lapu-lapu. I suggest to go with the van because it's comfortable and you only have to pay 30php. 

If you go with the van, you have to stop at either Tamiya or at Mactan Doctors Hospital. From there, you can just ride a Tricycle going to Agus Hotel. If you go with the jeepney from SM to Lapu-lapu, you have to go down to Tamiya then ride a tricycle going to Agus. So easy... isn't it?

Rainy season has already started and what more can you ask if the weather is good, the sun is up and it's and REST DAY! (the day that I always look forward). I always feel good when I see Mr. sun because I got to do everything that I want.

Speaking of feeling good, this outfit just gives me a lot of good vibes. Aside from I love maxi dress and skirt, I also so, so, love the color. This was given to me by my mom and I haven't asked where she bought this. But I'm sure this is just cheap cause my mom is so particular with the price and quality of a dress/clothing. Plus the accessories, they are perfect for the outfit. Good thing I found them, they are my old accessories and I rarely use them.

Look at that. Isn't she cute? (aaawwww.) this is my brother's pet, her name is (Mingkay) I know it's funny but we got it from the "teleserye" of ABS-CBN (Princess and I). The princess name was "Mikay" and since she is a cat we named her "MINGkay" (HAHA). Although I dont love cats as much as I love dog, but it doesn't mean that I hate them. I just wish I'll have my own dogs soon.

One More Year for All Girl Thing

Hi everyone!! This was during my birthday. I know it sounds too late, but no, it's not about my birthday. Well, not all about it. Anyway, last May 30 I celebrated my birthday, it was not a big blast though. I had a work that day so I didn't have enough time to celebrate it. We just had a little celebration at home  with my family.

Everyone wants to feel good during their birthday, of course. So I then dressed up for my birthday so I can feel the occasion (OA? haha) although I really felt good specially because I felt loved (awwww.! hahah birthday blues it is ☺).

What I wore was the dress that I also wore during Cebu Signature Models Pre-launching. I bought this in Ayala maze. The dress is pretty nice (that's why I bought it), it has a floral design in front and I love the net  design near the neck, I found it sexy but a little bit conservative. Plus I love the color because it goes well with nude or light make-up.

For the make-up, I used the Revlon Photoready airbrush as the foundation. It really has a very nice finish and it conceals dark areas and blemishes. I would highly recommend this with the Photoready 2 way powder.

The blush was the Ever Bilena Cheek Blush. Its nice and cheap but it has a nice finish, it has sun protection as well as infused with Vitamin E, C & K to moisturize, soften, and enhance your radiance. Amazing right?

I used an in2it pale pink liquid lipstick. I really love it because it has a nice finish. Not like any other pale pink matte lipstick, it doesn't stay long on your lips and i find it hard to apply. This one is so easy to apply  plus it sticks longer than the regular lip stick.

I also recommend to use MAC brushes because they're soft and super super nice to use. It's kinda expensive though for a regular person like me, but it sure is an investment. you can also try Fanny Serrano brushes. They're a little cheap compare to MAC.

I don't wanna talk more about make up especially in applying it because I'm not an expert, so I'll just leave you with these guys. I might be talking more about it soon cause I really wish to be good on those things but not for now.

How to turn your old T-shirt into a backless top

I was browsing through my closet and I found a lot of tops that I can no longer use so I find some ways on how to customize old tops specially old T-shirts. I searched for videos on how to customize old shirts and there are a lot of fashion ideas. The thing is most of them is hard to follow.

I then remember Kryz Uy's blog, she was the model for the summer style of Islands Souvenir and I remember the backless top that she wore. She posted on her blog on how to do that so I decided to follow that since it's a nice top to wear with your bikinis and we're planning to have an outing by the end of June with my workmate.

So in case you don't know how it's done, let me show you how:

•Look for an old shirt, preferably big t-shirt.

•Fold it lengthwise

•Cut the neck part and the sleeve part

•Then cut the back part.

•Then fold the top portion and sew it. It's better to have a sewing machine, but if you dont have you can just use the manual way (needle and thread).

•On the other hand cut a long strips from the shirt that you cut and braid it. Insert it to the top of the shirt that you fold and sewed.

This is better with the silicon bra so there's no bra strap at the back. It's also nice to wear this in the beach with your bikinis, this will serve as a cover up.

Change of heart ♥

It's  been a while that I haven't updated my blog. I've been very busy with a lot of things and I just so miss doing this. So when I visited my old blog I felt bored, some of my blogger friends also has their account in blogspot so I then decided to moved.

I'll sure miss  my old blog since I already have a lot of posts there, but I'm thinking to just transfer my posts from my old blog to this new one. It might take some time though, but I'll make a way.

It's really not easy to create a new one and it really takes some time for me to decide as to what design to use.  I'm also open to your suggestions if you do have suggestions as to how I can beautify my blog. Though most of you might be thinking that the content is more important, but how the blog looks is also as important so the readers will be motivated to read (right? hehe). You might notice a lot of changes from time to time but that's because I'm still finalizing my blog.Although I'm excited because I'm planning to do a lot of things and put a lot more things in the blog which you should all watch out.
